Bush Tucker Products
Under the Two Wheeler Creek label an excellent
lemon myrtle tartare sauce has been developed and made for use
in Café sauces and for a take away product.
Similarly a bush tomato and mountain pepper relish
has been produced. These are very popular both in Café
dishes and as over the counter sale items.
Not quite a bush tucker product but small marron
with no chance of reaching a commercial size have been used
to produce jars of pickled marron which for those with a taste
for pickled food are a can’t resist item.
These are available to purchace on location
or by mail order.
